I would pay money to see this posted as a work in progress on this site and then bring a few bottles of liquor and a couple of cigars to watch the ensuing threads. (laughing)

My nephew built a tree house that looked a little like that when he was 12. One day my sister heard a crash in the back yard, when she looked out she saw little Billy on the ground in a heap of boards. He had only minor injuries but he built the next one better.

Wow! I guess it’s finished. I hadn’t looked past the first page earlier. I just looked at the rest of that thread including the time lapse videos. While I do admire the spirit of doing things yourself, I think he was in over his head from beginning to end.

Thanks for the link to the thread. I cracked a cold one and went through the whole thread. Laughed until I cried and spewed half my beer through my nose. That’s ok, I’ll just have one more to settle me down so I can sleep tonight.

This is one of the funniest things I have seen in a long time. My wife and I were laughing so hard last night that I thought we might have to call for help.

Dusty – You can see more progress if you go through the pages. Page 17 is a good one to see a time-lapse video as well as the “finished” project.

I love this line:
I’m kinda bummed the camera really doesn’t capture the full scale of the mockery he’s made of euclidian geometry, but trust me, this things got a mean lean to it… only a matter of time.
