Shouldn’t this go in the site feedback forum?

@DKV: You want to get the Mods attention? Hit the ‘Flag’ button whenever you post a question or statement you want them to see, whether it is offensive, abusive, or spammy. Kinda like pulling a fire alarm when you want to see a fire truck…Heehee…

its what happens to my brain when I enter a Starbucks

paralized at the amount of people who don’t know the length of their own knuckles, who reach deep into the change purse, who’s fingers are still too short to reach the quarter ? when they haven’t even read the menu, yet remain undecided ?

I knew a guy that hung out on the street corner with shaved flame designs into his beard and shouted at radom will; “Owsley! I love you!”
Some of you remind me of him.
I admired that man.

Incidentally DKV, I just deleted a thread I started on finishing mdf. I absent mindedly posted it in under Wordworking Skill Share, when it clearly should have been posted under Finishing. Being a good Lumberjock, and not wishing to incur the wrath of the Posting Police, I deleted it and posted it in the correct section.
I believe I was able to do this because there were no replies.

Wife went to do Christmas shopping today, came back without any Mince Pies, and without any beer. Two staples of any Christmas festivities missing. The trolley was too hard to push apparently.

OK my good fellas, #3 has been answered. Martin and Debbie are not, I repeat, are not married. Renners, I guess you can quit wondering and bugging me to ask. You now have your answer.

Now the only question left unanswered is the one concerning the spell checker…which some of the LJers really need. I guess it’s a sign of the state of our grade schools.

Whether Martin and Debbie are married to each other, married in a conventional way, or married in an Elton John type way is none of my concern. For the record, I have absolutely no interest in who is married to who on Lumberjocks. I will leave that for people who have nothing better to think about.
I am very disappointed that you have painted me as some kind of cretinous sidekick, a stooge for your convenience, and not for the first time.
Knowing your penchant for religious imagery, might I suggest you change your avatar to a picture of Judas.
No. I am not kidding.

No, no, you are a tonic, as in
1. Tonic muscles are much slower than twitch fibers in terms of time from stimulus to full activation, time to full relaxation upon cessation of stimuli, and maximal shortening velocity. These muscles are rarely found in mammals (only in the muscles moving the eye and in the middle ear), but are common in reptiles and amphibians”. Thus:

Or should we say: 2. Characterized by continuous tension or contraction of muscles, as a convulsion or spasm.
3. Producing or stimulating physical, mental, or emotional vigor!
4. Pissing people off.
Which should it be, hmm?

Its hard to do a job like MsDebbies, …..stripped of absolute authority, abandoned by a totalitarian and left with only accolades to arbitrate debate.

Like the UN, an animal with few teeth, no balls because Martin castrated them

In a perfect world we would all get paid to do nothing, …..Martin did it. Kudos to him.

The rest of us might have to move to Greece or Italy or Spain or at least find a way to become a dependant.
