Just for fun, I went over there to check it out, and it is one of the more difficult Captcha styles I’ve seen. I tried the audio version, and at least on my small laptop speakers it was impossible to understand anything. I did find a small ? mark in the Captcha box that brings up a help box. In that help box is a Contact Us link that lets you send feedback without any registration except providing your email address. I do consider buying some Dewalt tools at times, I guess if I find something I want I’ll have to make sure I get my account set up first. Or hope they send along the old fashioned post card type registration in the box. |

I like my Ridgid tools but I wouldn’t trade the Dewalt for one. The 12v & 20v max tools are too good. -- John, BC, Canada |

I HATE those damn “prove you are human” things and refuse to deal with them! Thanks for letting me get that off my chest. -- " I'll try to be nicer, if you'll try to be smarter" gfadvm |

I never liked Dewalt! Makita spoiled me with the balanced drill that I could set on the top of a ladder. Suppose if I worked on the ground it wouldn’t really matter ;-)) -- Bob in WW ~ "some old things are lovely, warm still with life ... of the forgotten men who made them." - D.H. Lawrence |

Some kid doing the site doesn’t have a clue about the people who will use it. Think how many more people would go to movies if the clowns that have perfect hearing weren’t putting in all the overbearing back ground noise! I will pass this along to my contact at DeWalt I don’t know if she can fix it in a few days or a few weeks but it will get fixed . And for what its worth DeWalt tools are by far superior to ridged -- Please check out my new stores http://woodratnest.com and http://woodshopstore.com |

DeWalt tools are by far superior to ridged Not if they are on the floor and I am still on top an 8 or 10 foot ladder ;-) -- Bob in WW ~ "some old things are lovely, warm still with life ... of the forgotten men who made them." - D.H. Lawrence |

I’m just getting started! Young guys that still think they need to carry everything they own up the ladder with them every trip are the hazard. Unfortunately, it takes about 25 years to get over that ;-) -- Bob in WW ~ "some old things are lovely, warm still with life ... of the forgotten men who made them." - D.H. Lawrence |

You two guys are like 2 puppies and only one bone. Howie asks about: HEY DEWALT IF YOU ARE LISTENING YOU NEED TO MAKE THE DAMN THINGS BIGGER! Howie, at the risk of being too obvious and you’ve already tried this, did you try using your browser controls to zoom in on the page? Most of the time you can make the entire page larger (much larger) and easier to read. Setting location varies with your browser, but they all have it somewhere. I hate those codes too. -- John |
