2003 would be a good guess, but those are not standard Powermatic serial number formats… for example, on the table saw – the first two digits should be the last two digits of the year, and the next two should be “66”, indicating a model 66 saw, and the remaining numbers is the actual sequential serial number.

Also, the resale market on things like this varies significantly by region so, even if there isn’t someone local here who wants to buy them, there may be someone local-ish who can give you a better sense for the market in your area
