You know when you post stuff like this to us you have to send some of the wood to each of us. I hope you brought enough for the whole class.

Just kidding, that’s a great score there with all that wood. Can’t wait to see the projects you make with it.

Welcome to Ljs glad to have you join the fun, Thank you very much for your service and sacrifice for us and our country.
You have a great start with that great variety of wood. Not sure how much you know about woodworking but using too green wood can spell out problems for furniture type projects. If you’re are unaware of those problems I would suggest you search here on LJs or online about wood movement and things like how to dry wood and how dry does wood need to be to build furniture.
I read your post again and see you know your wood has 15% moisture content so perhaps I’m telling things you already know.

I’m not even going to think about using any until it’s under 10%. I have gotten it organized better and stacked. I also got some workbenches finally. I’ve been using the floor, and my table saw as a workbench for several years lol.
