Don’t have the Incra, but my PC will do 1/2” well.

Most jigs will allow 1/2” sides with 3/4” fronts. I wouldn’t go as thin as 1/2” for the front and backs, especially with half blind dovetails.

1/2” does work with half blind dovetails, just FYI. The drawers under my workbench are 1/2” plywood for all four sides and 3/8” bottoms.

Jonah, how long are you halfblinds for 1/2” plywood? I was thinking 3/8” depth

I don’t remember exactly how long they are. I used the Porter Cable jig. I did have to adjust the depth so the tails wouldn’t be quite so deep, because for some reason it wanted to make them deeper than they needed to be.

As always, test pieces are a must.
