Glad to hear all is well. I’ve done this once and I am about due for the second.

Fortunately, I have veins that stand out and are easy to see.

Yay! that’s great to hear. I have sympathy over the needles – they can’t do them in my arms/hands so I usually have them done my neck. O.O (yeah ow.)

Sounds like a good celebration! :)

great news mike ,
glad you are good to go .

for a minute i thought you were going to show us ,
pictures of the clean shop .
i guess that’s another 5 years off too , huh . (LOL) ?

i wound up in the hospital years ago with my back locked .
they decided to do a spinal tap ,
laid me out on a metal cart in a backwards nighty ,
and slid that thing all the way up to my shoulder ,
left me in the hallway for 1/2 hour freezing ,
staring at the wall .
when they came back they said the test was inconclusive ,
so they did it again !
found out there was nothing wrong with me (there) ,
and put me in a wheelchair and out the door .
i went to the chiropractors ,and he popped my back ,
went back to work the next day .
cost me a bundle !

GREAT NEWS!

We’re happy for you, & your family.

Now you have one less thing to worry about, which is the best medicine there is. ( NO WORRIES )

I got the right day this time.

Thanks Pommy and Dick, Yea by the way I got Skype now so give a ring anytime. Yes Dick, one less thing to not worry about. Now I gotta get the patch and get off the cigars for the kids. I’m catching hell like you wouldn’t believe and I know after the 20+ years in factories around aspestos and working the wood they will kill me. Now if I could just find a way to have sex again I’d be right as rain, in fact I’d be a new man, I’d be some other man, but at 60 you kinda loose the tiger in the tank. The back injury in 03 took care of that anyway. Love to All and God Bless, mike, Thanks Charlie, yuk, and Rick. Hey Charlie, wanna see some real dirty pictures?

Mike;
Bet your glad that’s over. And concratulations for going through with it. I don’t mind needles until they start poking around for just that right vein so I let them know right away when I figure out what there about to do that I don’t like that and they always give me a little shot with a very fine needle that deadends the area and then it’s a piece of cake. Guess they must have put it in there notes that Hey this guy will not only pass out but puke all over you.

I’m very happy to hear your good news. Those photos are weird looking. Amazing how they can get them done is such a dark place!

Hey Mike, Super news. Be glad you aren’t a hard stick like my son. We had to have a Port-a-cath put in him, and the stupid people in the hospital still have no idea what it is for or how to use it.
Those cigars are loaded with nicotine and nicotine causes the veins and arteries to constrict. That might have been a part of the problem.
Good luck on the next one, Rand

That is good news! I’m rather fatalistic in my philosophy. While in a Dr.’s office a couple of years ago, I saw some statistics on how many die from colon cancer. I have a greater chance of getting killed in a car accident, especially the way people drive around here.

Thanks everyone, I started cigars about 5 years ago, the toxins, nicotene, etc have natural pain killers in them, so my Dr. told me is why I stayed with them. Sorry GMman, I appreciate your thoughts and prayers. Dick you’re right as rain. Chuck she got me both kinds, cause I love them both but caramel is mine too. God be with you Karson, he sure has with me thank you old Friend. mike
