Just to stick my 2 cents in. Seeing a little sheen on the table makes me think it’s seen recent use which I take as a good thing. Run the blade up and down, tilt it back and forth, peek underneath and see how much crude has collected, listen to it run. If it checks out I’d disregard the cabinet condition. I’ve yet to see a paint job improve a cut. Looks like a saw with some potential. You can buy a lot less for 300 bucks.
