The sale is on again right now. I placed an order for one of the CT26 dust extractor. I think it was $100 off but they charged me $35 to ship it so I’m not sure it was such a great deal they hyped it up to be. I think you need to factor in the shipping costs in deciding if it’s a good deal. Take a drill for example. If they offer 10% off on a factory reconditioned model and it’s marked downed $40, you will probably spend $20 more for shipping. So your $40 off turns into $20 off and you have a 1 year warranty instead of a 3. Not that good a deal. Check each item carefully and factor the shipping into the cost. There’s plenty of places that will sell you a new tool with free shipping. Don’t forget that you must pay sales tax on that reconditioned tool if you order it from a distributor in your state as well. You have to order the reconditioned tools through a Festool Distributor.. You give them the item number and they fill the order for the reconditioned tool for you.
