I don’t see any problem with it. The choices are the same; look at it or don’t look at it, only with the change it will be a lot easier to not look at it if you so choose. I know there was some discussion recently about possibly subdividing the site because some LJs didn’t want to sift through so much stuff to find something they were interested in and this should help them too.
