If I understand what you’re describing,with the blade tilted to 45 and measuring alignment to the miter slot with the a-line-it, your blade is off by 0.010”. My SC 35920 also has this problem and the research has led me to believe that by shimming a corner of the table it will bring this measurement closer to 0. I have not tried it yet as all of my miters or bevel cuts have mated well. I recommend trying some 45 deg cuts and seeing if it is a problem for you.
