AFAIK, Delta makes 2 different dado sets. The one you’re looking at is an older set that uses 2-tooth chippers….I’ve never used this set. Most sets with 2-tooth chippers do an ok job. There’s also a newer set with 4-tooth chippers that’s identical to the DeWalt 7670 (Delta 36-7670) that’s excellent.

As an alternative, you might consider going with something like a new Grizzly H7777 with 6-tooth chippers for ~ $50, or an Oshlun set for ~ $68 shipped. Unfortunately both cost more than $35.
