First Make sure infeed and outfeed tables are coplanar

For adjusting the cutter height, I have had good success with the ruler drag trick.

lay a ruler on edge on the outfeed the height of the cutter should be set so that the ruler drags just a tiny bit when the cutter is rotated by hand.

No light should pass between a straight edge extended from the out feed table to the top of the cutter. Make sure that NO light is visible between the straight edge and outfeed table too

I measure in three places on each blade. It does take bit. but it’s worth when you get it setup correctly.

Depth of cut is set by adjusting the height of the front table.

Remember on SS Jointers the cutter height is set at the cutter head. Never attempt to adjust the outfeed table.
