No sweat ask away – most LJ’s are more than happy to answer even apparently stoopid questions. The most dangerous question is the one NOT asked.

I like your idea to make a wooden bolt-on ramp. I was thinking so hard about how to make the feed-in / feed-out ramps as an integral part of the aluminium jig, I didn’t even consider any alternative. I guess I was too close to the problem :-)

If / When you build the jig, please post some pics both of the machine set-up, and the wood you introduce it to.
