I used one for about 10 years before I sold it. You need to consider what fence it has, I had the Unifence and the saw was a very good one. It does have some cheesy stamped steel extensions, but the are serviceable and the worst part is the way they look. That saw had an underrated motor. It’s actually 2 HP, but Delta down rated t to 1.5 HP to meet some UL requirements; if you look at the motor plate it will be labeled 1.5 HP at 120V, and 2 HP at 240V. In good condition, and the right fence, I certainly think it might be worth $250, though I’ve seen several recently around me for about $200. I sold mine for $450 about 12 years ago, with a 32” Unifence and mobile base, which was about 1/2 what I had in it if I recall. I had also put the PALS alignment hardware on it get the blade squared. That saw is a USA made one, unlike much of their current stuff.
