Great question! I too have gotten notices from youtube in the past for Final cut pro music which was totally royalty free, but the music was still part of youtube robotic music detection, so rather than argue, I just stopped using music. HOWEVER, youtube recently started provided music that they say IS free to use. You can find it under your youtube video manager, under “creation tools”. The selection is somewhat limited, but its there :)
