That looks like a pretty generic 14" bandsaw similar to the Ridgid, Craftsman, etc. I can't tell what the HP on the motor is from the linked info. Personally, I would look for a used one for about half that price.
I have owned quite a number of different General Int. tools (tablesaw, drillpress, DC, jointer and their 90-170B bandsaw). They all have been solid, well build machines. If you're happy with the specs for that bandsaw, it should perform reliably for you for years.
Lots of people resaw with 14" saws and riser blocks BUT if you are serious about resawing, you will get along with something in the 17+" range with a bigger motor.
FYI - I have a 17" Grizz Extreme Series and have resawn a lot of big/tough wood. The type/quality of your blades is likewise very important. I strongly recommend Mark Dujinski's Bandsaw book. I read every word before buying my first bandsaw and found it very helpful.
