I still have the original pieces. No new holes or mods. I bought a 72” length of 5/16” round leather belt with the traditional staple and it fits the pulleys nicely. I tend to agree that the arms might be a replacement, they are just too fresh for the age of the rest. The drill chuck is intact and complete, works fine. There is no emery wheel, though most of those being sold now have one on it because there is no flywheel! PM me contact info so I can send more pics. Detail what pics you want to see.
I simply glued the .063” HDPE strip on one side of the pitman slot. Not ideal but it works. I don’t see how the thread wrap will save the pitman arm from wear, unless it’s the thread that wears out first.
Shipping may be an issue?
