Well, PurpLev, I didn’t see them as really conflicting, just running in different directions.
I interpreted this as, Jim just didn’t think he should cut off perfectly good rails, and Loren was talking about using something other than the TS all together. Those are the points I was in agreement with.
But, I presently use a circular saw and guide for sheet goods and am designing a panel saw for my new shop.

Actually, I respect and enjoy most of the comments of all three of you guys and ya’ll have been here about 1 1/2 years longer than I have. Maybe it would have been better if I had of included a :^) after my agreement.
