I would be concerned about the “rubber” rollers and if it has a drive belt or a chain.
After sitting around for so many years, unused, they may have become brittle/too hard. The belt may snap , the rollers may not grip the wood to feed it into the knives properly, or might come apart in chunks when you put it to work. Just a thought as they weren’t that good of a machine to start with. I would chance it for $50-$70, but not $100. Parts availability and no warranty would keep me looking elsewhere. JMO : )
