Posted on Looking for Olive wood for turning

I have been tending to over 100 olive trees that were planted in the 1930’s but have become seriously overgrown. Any suggestions on what i should do with all the trimmings, branches, logs, stumps, and a few whole tree that have died. Located in southern california
