I wish I had your problem!! I would just not get in any hurry, start with a good working electrical system. Then placement and installation of dust system. Priority’s first and I feel that should be first. Next since you want to build add on for your other tools, I would turn my attention to the saw. You will need that for the builds. Then just what you think you might need next. I do agree an inventory is probably most important though. Plus if something is assembled, it can be moved later for it’s final placement.
