The spiral cutter head isn’t just for the smoothness of the board its the fact that I don’t have to set blades and I get 4 times the use and they are all carbide and it costs more to add that on later and what am I going to do with the 3 blade assembly after I remove it?

The DC I have been debating on wether to just get the one suggested and do a baffle which the Thien seems to work better and can fill up to 75% before losing any efficiency.

Also, I can’t skip the wall my wife thinks I’ll get her car covered in dust or hit it with something (I tried to tell her that was why I was buying a DC).

I appreciate all of your input everyone, I have a few more things to consider now thanks for moving me away from the Cyclone Knot and over to a Thien.
