It does kind of remind me of Spanish cedar in color but the grain pattern doesn’t look quite right and if I remember correctly Spanish Cedar doesn’t have the aroma that aromatic cedar does. It could be cherry or possibly tropical. All that to say I’m no expert but I’d probably bid on it any way. I’m a wood hoarder if I can get it at a decent price.
