Thanks Lee. I am just going with it too, it’s not like it’s going under heavy stress. But it will be outside in the open, in Wisconsin, with kids beating on it…. :)
I am putting some 1×2 trim pieces over where the plywood pieces meet. I will use outdoor glue for those. I feel that will put a seal on the joints, make a little stonger, and improve the aesthetic as well. And of course paint the whole thing well.

I know I am probably worried about nothing…. but would hate to have something fall apart.
