If you’re mounting this into a table, homemade or otherwise, you’ll want a quality router plate (or a lift, depending on available $$) set into your table. This simplifies tool changes and setups. Every now and again Rockler puts thiers on sale for around $35.

Nice choice on the PC 892, btw. You won’t regret having a nice router.
(You might regret having only one of them, though.)
