Niki, as always, your posts are informative and well documented. This is a beautifully engineered sled that is easily, in my estimation, the ultimate cross cut sled.

Thanks for the update. I am not ready to start on my version yet but when I upgrade my saw I definately will have to “borrow” some of your ideas.
