I finally got some better pictures and information. Apparently the whole thing had been sitting outside on the coast and is rusted pretty good. I got a close up of the teeth and they are rusted so bad that the teeth are thin and many are missing.

I went ahead and passed on the deal. Sharpening and setting is one thing, but I do not want to have to take the teeth off down to good metal and then cut new teeth. I much rather pay for a better saw.
