First, listen to everything knotscott says, he knows the most. Of those saws, the first one ($430) is Craftsman 113 that would probably sell around $175 with a lesser fence. That Delta T2 fence is probably worth at least $125 to you used ($200 new). So I’d say $300 if everything is working well, which it probably does because it looks well cared for. The $89 one probably has the same guts at the $430 one, but to make it equivalent you’d have to add: webbed cast iron wings ~$120 used, Delta T2 ~$200 new (rarely find used), Zero Clearance Insert, and a link belt ~$30… plus a good bit of clean up work. Given that its your first saw, you are better off trying to get the saw that already is cleaned up and in good shape. Your next saw can be your project saw. So I vote for trying to get that first saw for $300-$325. My second choice for you would be the first one Knotscott listed, but for $200-$225 as he said.
