drpdrp, I’d mill it then sticker it in a warm(ish) spot with good air flow. Place weights on top (above the stickers), paint the ends (to avoid a too-rapid drying of the ends) and wait. My understanding is that in an “open air” setting (that is, not in a kiln), you should allow lumber to dry for one year for every inch of the thickness of the boards.
