Manufacturers usually put a crap blade on a new machine. I would look into bimetal blades for a saw like yours. They are way more durable than regular blades and easily pay for themselves. On bigger saws I use carbide-tipped blades, but these don’t seem to be available in the narrow sizes you would need.
