Well Smitty, that’s why I’m testing them. I want to see how they do after one year. I’ll photograph them and compare to when they were new. The mold is on the seat, I don’t know if it’s in the wood or not. Being pine, it could have something growing under the spar too. The finish is still like new everywhere.
Actually the one on the left had a stain, oil base, then spar, the one on the right I think has Australian Timber oil on it, then two coats of spar.
