Those parts are not Delta specific, so they can be sourced from lots of different places. A quick google search for “finger spring washer” turns up tons of places in addition to the McMaster-Carr pointer above. The keys, both the woodruff and straight bar can be be found at at any local hardware store, tractor supply, borg, etc.. Also, as for the spring washers.. the parts diagram shows 1 washer. Many people have reported having two washers when they tear their machine down. My machine actually had three! Here is a picture of the lower shaft parts including washers and keys:
