I went ahead and splurged on a Forrest thin kerf blade. Thanks for the suggestions. For those of you looking for a R4512 on Craigslist. I too have been searching for weeks. So I put a want ad on Craigslist. Within a week someone called me wanting to sell me their 4512. Placing a want ad helped me, try it- you never know
