I was going to use the larger pulley but that ment I had to rebuild the motor mount
it looks like I am going to go with a self starting rotary phase converter. My neighbor build motors for a living and said if I got plans with the specifics he would help me in return for a copy of the plans. they were 13.99 with all the details.
I already sourced a 10 HP 3phz motor for 40$ and it is like new.
