Creator, the pictures are good, but I can’t get the idea of what you are asking. Terminology my be confusing me, which is not hard to do. Can you clarify “rounded around corners ...where it will glue and not come apart”?
Are you speaking of easing the edge? Are you thinking of bending the hardboard? Are you speaking of hardboard sheets, like tempered or untempered stuff 1/8 or 1/4” thick? So many questions…
