After inspecting at a store, I was not impressed with the Triton. It won a tool review a while back, so I took a look. Specifically, it felt top heavy and the plunge release knob felt chintsy.
I decided on the Freud FT 1700 VCE, which also has the full above the table adjustments. You can raise/lower the bit, change bits, and lock/unlock the collet with an included wrench.
The Freud also has a larger opening at its base. The Triton wouldn’t fit my largest panel raising bit.
The collet lock on the Freud is also excellent.
I own Dewalt, Bosch, and Freud routers so I am no Triton expert. However the quality of that plunge release seemed so cheap, I didn’t want to go any further.
The Freud is worth a look.
