I could be a weather forecaster. Just make up any old crap. Put the Sun, clouds and raindrops anywhere on the map.
That’s what they do in Ireland.
The forecast is snow on Monday. The country will come to stand still as soon as the first snowflake falls.
But it won’t snow because the forecasters are just making it up as they go along.
