Shipping is, in Canada at least, an issue here. Small amounts are usually sent by courier and the shipping is expensive. I freight my wood and buy in bulk to avoid this.

If you can choke down their prices, NWTimber in Oregon has incredible pieces of figured walnut and maple that they will courier to you.

PS I like your dog pix. How do you keep a lab so trim ??
