I am biased as I have two PC 690 routers that have served me well. One is so old that it doesn’t even have soft start or variable speed.

I also have a Craftsman router that is over 45 years old and looks an awful lot like a PC 690. I recently purchased a Bosch Colt and like it except the depth adjustment leaves a lot to be desired and it only has a 1/4” collect.

I know that there are a lot of newer routers on the market but when you have physical issues with router weight I still would tend to go with the smaller lighter models.
