Terry – I recently bought a 4512 & based on comments about zero clearance inserts decided to purchase the one offered by LeeCraft. They make 2 different ones with & without riving slot (RG-5 & RG-6). I really like it & found that the owner Ron Lee offers a deal if you order 3 inserts…. total $55 including shipping. It’s a lot less expensive than buying from Woodcraft. You may wish to check into this, it’s pretty inexpensive if you don’t want to make one.
My only problem was figuring out how to remove the riving knife before cutting the insert.

I can provide Ron’s contact info if you’re interested.
