Just slap their return label on and send it back, they’ll refund you as soon as they get it. It may have been a glitch in their machines that did it. This email

If you don’t want to have this item then you can just return it to the address on the return packing slip that comes with the order. All of that information should be in the packaging that was received with the order. If you have any other questions please let me know.

was the solution. Doesn’t look from what you posted that Rockler did anything really wrong except have a glitch in their system which does happen. Sucks when it happens to you. Your email that follows this seems very antagonistic and attacking as well as unnecessary. Aaron can only go with what his computer is telling him and it probably says you ordered twice and if he had two invoices to back him up then that is what he has to go on. He even gave you copies of what he was basing it on. They will correct it as soon as you send the item back to them, so send it back and wait for the refund, it only takes a couple days.
