Thanks for all the suggestions. I think I have found a potential culprit. After reading through the manual, I discovered that the starter relay has a gravity switch. In the trouble shooting section under “motor won run”, it says to “Tilt the motor upright”. :-)

So, I am hoping the switch is just stuck and maybe a little rap on the side will help.

That is why I moved it. A new Grizzly 1023 RLW is sitting at the terminal in Houston scheduled for delivery next Wednesday. :-)

Here is my saw. The Vega fence really helped the saws performance.
