When you push that reset bottom in, is it without any power to the saw. There should be a loud “click” heard when the reset buttom does reset. Two, check where the cord from the motor to the switch goes in. It is just like an extension cord between the two points. If the plug going into the switch is a little loose, and not all the way in, won’t start. As a test, take the plug out of the switch that comes from the motor. Plug that into your extension cord. IF the motor starts up, pull the plug. Trouble is now isolated into that switch.
