I’ve owned one of their sanders and it was a good machine . Basically shop fox is made by Grizzly and some machines they sell are almost identical except for paint color and emblems . Shop fox tools my be sold by outside companies where for the most part Grizzlies are just sold by Grizzly. To make it more confusing there are some Shop fox tools in Grizzlies catalog and web site
