I’d start by checking the outfeed table on your delta. if it’s flat length wise and cross wise, then check for parallel to infeed – if parallel, than something might be not setup with your cutter head. I doubt a twisted outfeed table is that twisted thta it can induce twist into your lumber. when was the last time you aligned your jointer?

Edit: even buying new – you’d still have to align the new jointer. might as well try to align current one and save the $1k for a better use if possible (unless it’s really messed up)
