Is the outfeed table actually twisted or are the two tables not coplanar to each other? It would take a major tumble for that table to get twisted. Some older Craftsman (King Seeley) tables have gib screws so you can adjust tables up or down, doubt the Delta does as I think it is machined flat after assembly.
