I doubt you can find those numbers or even come close. First the government wants to make all the paranoid people who think that weed is the big evil gateway drug feel safer by inflating the numbers. Truth is even on the shows they may not even be giving a realistic number depending on the type of weed, they only do a basic math. Dime bag sells for x amount, there are y amounts of bags in a bail, so xy= value. But if it is a grower that just plants his pot on the hill side in large quantities and only does basic care then low cost with low value, and not a lot of damage to the dealer. If it is coming from a place that is using top grade seeds that relies on developing hybrids and focuses on soil makeup or hydro then there is a relatively high cost due to a need for skilled workers, fertilizer, energy, and research and the bust will really hurt the grower. Up side for the grower is that the weed can sell for 4-5x what the cheap stuff will, the feds probably undervalue this. Cause of all the variables they just like to say so much lbs so there is so much value.

Hilarity for me is when the show a large number of agents standing around a pit where they are destroying the drugs getting a serious contact high in the process.
