What are the dimensions, how many board feet are we talking, and what are they looking for per board foot? Keep in mind that if there are cut nails to be saved, your client may have even more cash on hand. I don’t mean to be a d*ck to anyone who wants to low-ball you, but if it’s in good shape, it’s worth a lot per board foot.
