I have a Steel City hybrid table saw, sold under the Craftsman label, model 152.221240, which I bought new 4-5 years ago. It was discontinued shortly thereafter, but I’ve used it quite a lot with no problems. I bought it based on universally good reviews…as on this site…and have been satisfied. It’s a good, basic saw. Woodcraft pushes it’s own brands, so I’d discount the salesman’s comments…Steel City has been around for awhile and will likely continue for as long as your likely to own the saw.
